About Zoë
From my first payslip job as a Sales Assistant at Adams Childrenswear to establishing Torchlight Wellbeing and creating the gratitude brand and mantra Blessed Before You’re Dressed, it’s been a path of evolution, purpose, and change.
Like a gardener tending different plants in ever-shifting conditions, I’ve adapted and grown through a variety of roles: from marketing (my degree background), to community sports, the charity sector, freelance marketing, wellness copywriting, and now, into my most authentic role yet: Professional Encourager.
My mission
In 2024, Torchlight Marketing naturally evolved into Torchlight Wellbeing, and for the first time, I truly feel I’ve arrived in the space I was always meant to occupy, using my God-given gifts from the ultimate ‘Vine Dresser’, and embracing this mission with heart and intention. I wouldn’t change the journey for anything.
My sunshine, soil, and water have come from many sources: people, books, courses, and life’s inevitable ups and downs. Each chapter has nourished the person I am today. I feel incredibly blessed to work in the beautiful world of wellbeing, guided by eight roots that keep me grounded, things like consistency, gratitude, rest, and reflection, and a deep passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and encouraged.
I’m also Mum to two beautiful daughters who inspire me daily to walk my talk and be a role model in how I live, love, and lead.
